Cream of Wheat Porridge

Ingredients:

250 ml/1 cup cream of wheat

125 ml/ ½ cup sugar

1 pint of water 2 ½ cups

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp nutmeg

60 ml ¼ cup vegan-single cream or milk

Pinch of sea salt

Method:

Heat water in small saucepan, while waiting for water to boil mix together cream of wheat with single cream or milk with vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt. Mixed all the ingredients together in a cup not too thick or too thin add water to the mixture depending how you like your porridge. Add the mixture to the boiling water and keep stirring for 2 ½ to 3 minutes then sweeten with sugar and serve with your desired fruits.
