Curry Okra with soya single cream

Ingredients

1 lb okra washed

1 tsp salt

1 onion chopped

2 garlic cloves finely chopped

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp garam masala

2 tbsp olive oil

1 chilli finely, chopped

1/2 cup soya single cream

Method

Place a medium size frying pan on the stove top on a medium heat with olive oil, then sauté the onion and garlic for a minute.

Add the curry, turmeric, garam masala, salt, then add the okra with soya single cream and allow to cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes until okra are tender. Serve as a side dish.
